Poppy is a lovely brindle Lurcher girl. Poppy's owner and handler Katie is going away to learn to be a vet at university, and so I occasionally step in to run her when Katie can't.
Pops is an amazing dog; she's quite a shy girl, until she turns into the loveable, daft-as-a-brush, frisbee-mad hound that she really is. She firmly believes that she can sit on your knee in a camping chair and can't understand why we all look so disconcerted and dodge out of the way when she runs towards us at top speed. Dylan adores her and she puts up with him very patiently, to a point. Poppy is a dog who has always been able to make me laugh, whilst also being just breath-taking to watch when she's running.
Poppy qualified for Crufts 2007 in YKC Team Agility and YKC Team Flyball, and competed alongside Kim. She has had various top-10 placings at Grade 1, 2, and 3 level, and competes at Primary in Jumping and Introductory in Agility under the BAA.

Jet is a multi-talented Border Collie x Golden Retriever. At 16 months she came 3rd in YKC Obedience at Crufts, and has since begun competing successfully in agility and flyball. Katie has entrusted me with her precious Jetly's agility training whilst she is at university.
Jet has had various top-5 placings over the summer at BAA shows, and at her first KC show gained a 3rd in Grade 1 Jumping. She is the ultimate "yes dog"; she adores everyone and tries desperately to please. She's highly motivated and enthusiastic but is a sensitive soul and can shut down quickly if she thinks she has done something wrong. Jetly has had various top-5 placings in Agility and Jumping classes, we're just waiting for that 1st now! Unfortunately as Kim has won into Grade 3 I am limited to what classes I can compete with Jet in, but I don't think it will be long until she's in Grade 3 and above.
Jet also runs with Leeds 'Owlers flyball team and runs 4.4 Singles times over 14" jumps. She has clocked up nearly 10000 points in her first 2 years of flyball.
