I can appreciate where you&#039;re coming from, information overload is a condition of the Internet :)

You&#039;re approach is great, do what is best for your dogs, what works for them. Although clicker training does apply the scientific principles of operant conditioning, it doesn&#039;t mean it shouldn&#039;t be fun. 

Clicker training is very forgiving, and it&#039;s okay to make mistakes. Again your approach is right, it&#039;s about figuring it out, for both the teacher and the learner.
